Promotional Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to promotional offers advertised by Fairfield Orthodontics. By scheduling an appointment or accepting a promotional offer, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

• New Patients Only: Promotional discounts are available exclusively to new patients who have not previously received orthodontic treatment or consultation at Fairfield Orthodontics.
• Treatment Types: Discount applies to comprehensive orthodontic treatment or Phase I (early interceptive) orthodontic treatment only. Other services, including but not limited to retainers and limited treatment, are not included unless explicitly stated.
• Treatment Eligibility: Final treatment eligibility and candidacy will be determined by the orthodontist during your initial consultation. Not all patients may qualify for the advertised treatment type. Dental and periodontal clearance from a general dentist is required prior to starting orthodontic treatment.

Offer Limitations

• Cannot Be Combined: Promotional discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions, insurance adjustments, or third-party financing incentives.
• One Per Patient: Limit one promotional discount per patient. Discount applies to a single course of treatment only.
• Non-Transferable: Promotional offers are non-transferable and have no cash value. Discount cannot be applied retroactively to treatment already in progress or completed.

Validity Period

• Expiration: The promotional offer is valid only through the expiration date specified in the advertisement. To qualify, you must schedule and complete your initial consultation before the expiration date.
• Treatment Start: Treatment must commence within 90 days of your initial consultation to receive the promotional discount. Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of Fairfield Orthodontics.

Consultation Requirement

• A complimentary initial consultation is required to determine treatment eligibility and receive the promotional discount.
• The consultation includes a comprehensive orthodontic examination, digital X-rays (if necessary), and a personalized treatment plan discussion.
• There is no obligation to proceed with treatment following your consultation.

Payment Terms

• Payment Plans: Promotional pricing may be combined with our in-house payment plans, subject to available terms at the time of treatment.
• Down Payment: A down payment is required to begin treatment. The promotional discount will be reflected in your total treatment cost.

Right to Modify or Discontinue

Fairfield Orthodontics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. However, patients who have already scheduled consultations under an active promotion will be honored at the advertised terms.

Geographic Limitations

Promotional offers are valid only at the Fairfield Orthodontics location in Fairfield, California. Services must be rendered at our office to qualify for promotional pricing.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Solano County, California.
