Meet the Staff

Susan

Susan Cesar

Susan is our office manager. She's exceptionally organized, efficient, and helpful; so, if you have any questions about your orthodontic insurance claim or payment options, don't hesitate to call her. She'll also help you to schedule appointments throughout your treatment.

A member of our team since 1999, Susan had 15 years of experience in the dental profession before joining us. She grew up in Fremont, CA, and is a married mother of two. She enjoys cooking, gardening, and wine tasting.

Julie

Julie Douglas

Julie started working as an orthodontic dental assistant after graduating from City College of San Francisco in 1976. She has worked for Dr. Quinn since 1987, first in San Francisco and, since 1991, in the Fairfield Office.

Married with two grown daughters, two dogs and a parakeet named Bob, Julie enjoys her book club meetings, walking for exercise, and travel. She is also a board member of KHOPE International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children living in poverty worldwide.

Sandy

Sandy Stone

Sandy is a registered dental assistant. A member of our team since 1987, she worked in both general and pediatric dentistry for several years before joining us. Sandy attended Sacramento City College and UCSF to receive her certifications.

Sandy grew up in Seattle, WA. Her husband's military career brought her to California where they raised two sons. Sandy enjoys water aerobics (which she taught for 10 years), golf, walking her dog, and spending time with friends.

Debbie

Debbie Bell

Debbie has been working in the orthodontic field since 1982. She attended Sacramento City College and received her registered dental assistant license in 1987. She has been a member of our team since 2004.

Debbie lives in Vacaville, CA, with her husband and three sons. She enjoys baking, camping, and movies. She founded the nonprofit organization Neurofibromatosis, Inc., California in 2003. As president, she lobbies Congress for medical research funding and organizes symposiums and social events for those affected with Neurofibromatosis.
